The snow did not slow down construction progress at our Five Farms campus!
The construction crew has finished storm pipe installation, so all pipe installations are now complete! For the clubhouse addition, they have continued to build the concrete slabs, placed footings for the new loading dock, completed the electrical and plumbing for this area, and sprayed termite repellent.
Most of the rooms inside the clubhouse have seen construction progress this week. Interior wall framing was erected in the Wine Room and Terrace Room for the Petite Bar. The construction crew worked on plumbing in the Trophy Bar, made the opening larger between the Trophy Bar and Wine Room, and put up a tent cover to protect the curing of concrete for the mechanical area above. Additionally, the Wine Locker Room and the fireplace in the Main Dining Grill are now ready for concrete.
