Construction continues to progress on our Five Farms campus!
The construction crew has installed flat roofing on the Rooftop Terrace to protect the addition from the outside elements until the rooftop is built. They were also cutting wood to place in the two inches between the existing building and the addition to prevent cracking when the building naturally moves. As for the outside, the exterior wall sheathing is almost complete, which means they can move forward with Styrofoam and brick. The construction crew built the framing for windows and doors in the additional areas of the clubhouse and began pouring the concrete for the porches. Finally, the existing building has been inspected, which means drywall will be going up soon!
