Weekly Post 5.31-6.3

Last week’s warm weather helped progress at our Five Farms construction site!

The construction crew started to build the trim for the roofing for the additional structures to match the existing building. They have also removed the old transformer and replaced dirt to level the dug area. In the Adirondack Bar, they have continued to install infrared heaters in the ceiling. Other exterior updates include pouring a concrete base for the future brick paved walkway from the front of the clubhouse and for the cooler units near the kitchen.

As for the clubhouse interior, the construction crew has started to install wains coating in the Oak Room. They have begun to work on the layers of drywall in the 1924 Grille. In the Gentlemen’s Locker Room, they have finished the ceiling and rebuilding the lockers. Finally, other interior updates include crown molding, lights, and ductwork installation throughout the clubhouse.
