Last week’s scorching heat did not stop the construction crew from making progress at our Five Farms construction site.
The construction crew cleared space on the side of the clubhouse for the handicap parking spaces. They dug out the dirt for the new golf circle and bag drop and completed pouring asphalt for the pedestrian walkway, which is where they have continued to lay down the brick pavers. Other exterior updates include laying down flooring for the main bar structure at the Adirondack Bar and bluestone pavers underneath the porches and continued trim work on the porch ceiling. As for the clubhouse interior, they continued to lay down flooring through the clubhouse. Finally, they installed the wood trim for the bulkhead ceilings in the 1924 Grille and toilets in the ladies’ restroom.
You will have to wait until the Grand Reopening to see the finishing touches!
