Ending the month of July with exciting updates at our Five Farms construction site!
The construction crew smoothed the dirt for the new golf circle and bag drop and poured concrete for the sidewalks. They continued to lay down the bluestone pavers underneath the porches and brick pavers for the pedestrian walkway. Other exterior updates include finishing the trim work and installing fans on the porch ceiling, starting the trim work on the Adirondack Bar ceiling, and installing the poles for the bistro lights on the Rooftop Terrace. As for the clubhouse interior, the construction crew has started to install the kitchen appliances. Finally, they painted the existing doors and window frames in the 1924 Grille and Trophy Bar to match the wood trim in these rooms, and continued installing flooring and painting throughout the clubhouse.
You will have to wait until the Grand Reopening to see the finishing touches.
