Starting the month of August strong with great progress on our Five Farms construction site.
The construction crew removed the temporary access road and started to fill in the area with dirt for eventual landscaping. They also built the main bar structure for the Adirondack Bar and worked on the necessary plumbing for that area. Other exterior updates include continuing to place blue stone pavers for the porches and trim for the Adirondack Bar ceiling, power washing the brick pavers in the pedestrian walkway, and working to smooth out the new Golf Circle. As for the clubhouse interior, they finished painting the wood trim throughout the clubhouse to showcase a more cohesive design and started to close the ceilings in the Elm Room. Finally, they installed the wine lockers and coolers, built the banquette seating in the 1924 Grille, and continued to install the new kitchen appliances.
You will have to wait until the Grand Reopening to see the finishing touches!
