Construction at Five Farms has been continuing smoothly despite the frigid temperatures!
The construction crew has erected the structural steel framing for the Main Grill Dining area! In addition, the mason has completed the elevator shaft for the addition area and will begin building the stairwell wall, which will help support the future Rooftop Terrace. They have also continued placing the loading dock footings. Additionally, underground excavation has begun for installing the new transformer. Finally, the construction crew continued to install the ductwork in the East Terrace Room, placed wire mesh on the kitchen floor to reduce concrete surface cracking, and constructed bulkhead framing for the ceiling to connect everything from the kitchen to the East Terrace Room for a seamless finish!
