Major changes are happening on the construction site at our Five Farms campus!
The construction crew has almost finished the steel structural framing on the outside of the clubhouse. The addition has seen a great deal of progress since the extended basement is now enclosed, which will help the construction move forward on the top two floors. This space will include the Foyer & Golfer’s Entry, two new restrooms, and the Rooftop Terrace stairwell. The construction crew has also been working on interior wall framing throughout, pouring the topping slab in the kitchen, and digging underground to install the power feed duct bank, which has cables that will connect to the new transformer giving power to the entire building.
