The Five Farms construction site has seen a lot of exciting changes since the last update!
The construction crew has begun to lay the brick on the walls and install the plumbing for the Outdoor Patio. For the Foyer & Golfer’s Entry, they are working on the rough-in, which means that the electrical and plumbing lines have been installed. In addition, they have erected the parapet walls for the Rooftop Terrace, in which the future roof will connect. The construction crew has also waterproofed the exterior walls to prevent water from entering the building. As for the inside, they have started to put up the drywall. Finally, they have built a curb inlet to capture storm drainage water.
