Significant progress was made on our Five Farms construction site for the last week of April!
The construction crew installed roof trusses for the porches, which will be the framing and support for the roof. Next, they laid brick on the Loading Dock and the unoccupied sections of the Rooftop Terrace. This area also saw progress on window framing and waterproofing. Inside the clubhouse, the crew has started working on the stair railing. In addition, they have continued to install drywall in the building, including the Wine Room and Champions Gallery. Finally, they have continued to work on ceiling framing and begun core drilling in the Champions Gallery.
