Summer temperatures have not stopped the progress on the Five Farms construction site!
The construction crew has started to close the ceilings with drywall, install windows, and paint walls throughout the clubhouse. They have built scaffolding to start hanging drywall at the top of the stairs to the Rooftop Terrace. Other interior changes include dropping the ceilings in the hallway and Tilly Room and installing the bypass doors between the Oak and Elm Rooms. As for the clubhouse exterior, the construction crew has begun to build the masonry for the last loading dock wall. Finally, they continued work on the roof trim and worked on irrigation sleeves for landscape surfacing in the area near the Golf House.
