Exciting changes continue to happen at our Five Farms construction site!
The construction crew has started to place the pavers on the occupied area of the Rooftop Terrace and build the main bar structure for the Adirondack Bar. They poured the asphalt for the pedestrian walkway which is the last step before the brick pavers are installed. Other clubhouse exterior updates include continuing to build the masonry for the loading dock, working on the roof trim, and placing down the brick pavers for the side walkway. As for the clubhouse interior, the construction crew has begun to close the 1924 Grille ceiling with drywall. They have continued working on the stairs to the Rooftop Terrace and installing windows and doors throughout the clubhouse. Finally, they are preparing to install the glass NanaWall which gives incredible views from the Elm Room.
